AFTER A WINTER IN SOUTHLAND EUROPE ADVISED t Tour Specialist Arranges Trips to 'Holy Year’ Observance in Italy. “The lure of the southland!” How many Indianapolis folks have followed the trail to the West Indies, South America and Mediterreanean trips around the world during the last few months! They are now enjoying the soft breezes beneath the canopy of blue of southern skies and are at rest with all humanity. Their passages were made more enjoyable .by the expert counsel and advice of Richard A. Kurtz of the Union Trust Company, which offered tempting rates for winter trips. Now Kurtz says they are ready to make reservations for European trips for next, summer. Observance of “Holy Year” at Rome by Catholics all over the world will draw great numbers, and every year there are the regular “conducted tours” for which very special rates are made andcarefullest attention to itinerary given. He urges persons who are contemplating European trips to consult with him at their earliest convenience, for he anticipates a heavy travel In that direction for the summer. For many years Kurtz has arranged foreign tours for Indianapolis folks and for persons from neighboring towns. The entire satisfaction/in his service is proof enough of his knowledge of the “very best in steamship travel.”

GOOD PLUMBING AID TO HEALTH OF COMMUNITY " f ‘ Sanitation Felt-to Be Appreciable Contributor to Health and Happiness, There was a day when folks didn’t bother much about the sanitation of the towns in which they lived. There was no plumbing, sanitary or otherwise. So the recards say, at least. Hut today there is none of that sort of business. From earliest childhood we are taught that the health of the community, to say nothing of each individual family, depends to a gTeat extent upon sanitation. G. J. Sellmeyer, 3310 E. Tenth, St., believes that his business, plumbing and heating and repair, lends appreciably to the welfare of the community, on this process of reasoning. “Good plumbing,” said Sellmeyer, “contributes to the health, and consequently the wealth and happiness of any present day community." The more sanitary the plumbing fixtures, he said further, the more easily cleaned they are and the greater the life as a result. A great proportion of the satisfaction of good plumbing, moreover, is the way It is installed. Any chance plumber is not qualified to do the installation of high grade fixtures. At any rate, when they are done by a good, reliable man whose experience has taught his thoroughness and care there is no doubt but that their serviceability is increased. B Sellmeyer does both Installation and high grade repair work. Hig service is prompt and he assures his customers of quickest possible attention in cases of emergencies. He has four cars ready to answer calls on short notice and nine capable men to do the work.
