Meridian St., who died early today from injuries received when he was struck by an uto at Pennsylvania and Vermont Sts. y Victor Eichburg, 20, of 1740 N. Tacoma Ave., was chared with manslaughter and released by the coroner pending a further investigation. Police say witnesses told them that Meyers stepped from the path of one machine into the path of the other.
