Recount Under Way Bv Times Special SEYMOUR, Ind., Jan. 15.—Recount of the ballots cast in the general election Nov. 4 to determine whether Allen Swope, Democrat, of Seymour, or Cash Kern, Republican, of Freetown, wsts elected treasurer of Jackson County, was under way today before Judge James A. Cox of the Jackson Circuit Court. County election commissioners found Swope elected by thirteen vot^s.
