The said Board of Public Works has fixed Monday. Jan. 5. 1925, at 2 o'clock p. m. at its offiee in said city as the time and place for the public consideration of the proposed improvement, at which tlmo said Board of Public Works will hear all persons Interested, or whose property Is liable to be assessed for said improvement, and will determine whether the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for eucli improvement and the benefits to the City of Indianapolis will equal the estimated cost thereof.
