Only 7,000 were offered, but coupled Mitli a holdover of 2,403. the offering was in accord with demand. Top was $9.60 and bulk of sales was made at #8.75 , 0'9. Heavy hogs sold at mediums, fOftf'.lO; lights, JS.Soft’S.Bs, and light lights, 97.25 ft 8.60. Pigs were 25 to 60c higher at $4 50ft 7.25. Sowpi ices were steady. LYith 91.897 hogs sold at the Innianap dis market this week, one of fi\e largest runs in history, and receipts at other markets near record breaking proportions, prices have been on the decline. Net. losses for the week here range from 40c to 65c. Receipts last w eek were 6,8,500. Cattle prices held steady on light receipts of 300. For the most part of the week trade has boon quiet, .Absence of good to choice stock' hampered the market, but no serious price drops occurred.
