RALSTON HAS NO NEW TAX LIGHT Brief Statement on Income Publicity Made. "I have ’O new light on the subject." said United States Senator Samuel M. Ralston today when asked whether he would change his vote upon the publicity provision of the income tax law if it comes up in the next session of Congress. Ralston voted for publicity when the law was passed. Meanwhile, according to a United News dispatch. Senator Pat Harrison of Mississippi, who voted for publicity, has declared he will vote against it next time. However, Senator Norris of Nebraska, author of the original publicity amendment, modified in the House, says he is confident the measure will stand in any new test.
