Ai>w.Kiua Legion and y.xil:ary victory ball in New York yill be held this year at the Waldorfvstoria. Armistice day, Nov. 11. While anew rehabilitation chairman has been appointed in the auxiliary, Watson B. Miller will continue for another year as national chairman of the Legion committee. Miller is on a tour of veterans’ hospitals in Western States. He will return to Washington for opening of Congress, to devote all his time toward carrying forward the Legion's program for benefit of disabled World War veterans. The auxiliary wil! cooperate. The George R. Harris unit of Indianapolis will give a card party soon for the benefit of the Riley memorial fund. Mrs. Hazel L. Workman, department secretary, will be hostess for a Riley benefit bunco party Friday evening at her home, 3864 Winthrop Ave. Members of the Hilton U. Brown unit and friends will be guests.
