New Things in Local Theaters

HICKMAN It is not an uncommon sight to see one seal splendidly trained along human lines, but to see a "whole flock of 'em swimming in a tank with a beautiful girl and then seeing these seals doing acrobatic stunts and imitations upon the stage is a rare sight. N Such a spectacle is being offered on the current, bill at the Palace Captain Adams has about five seals and ono great sea lion, all splendidly trained. Os course the Captain is gifted in the art of presenting is unique act, but his seals seem to know everything that he says to them. Really, one of the most remarkable acts cn vaudeville. Every child in Indianapolis should see this act. The parents will enjoy going with their children. The management has given Adams plenty of time to develop his act and that is as it should be. Rural comedy along hokum lines mixed with old fashioned songs will be found in the offering of the Rubeville Comedy Four. Chinko and Kaufman open tha bill with a juggling act of merit. A little different from the regular run in method of presentation. Ray, Bertram and Company really stack up as one of the real hits of the bill. They sing and have smart, conversation.
