that new community and today have a few' choice tracts, choice because there is not a lot in the sites that Is not desirable, that are real investments. % Only a very few years ago Maple road, now a beautiful boulevard, was hut a lane marking Indianapolis' “farthest north.” Few then dreamed of the splendid development that now exists far beyond that former boundary line.
