DEATH OVERTAKES BRADSTREET HEAD I. Leonard Daye Dies in New Mexico. I. Leonard Daye. 37. of 3674 Birchwood Ave., died Thursday in Albuquerque. N. M., acceding to word received in Indianapolis today. He was superintendent of the Indianapolis office of the Bradstreet Company, 432 State Life Bldg., for two years, until last Saturday, when the office was taken over by J. H. Hogue, formerly of Washington, D. C. Mr. Daye, who had been ill for six months, went to Albuquerque six weeks ago. Burial will be in Corry. Pa., his birthplace. Surviving are the widow. Mrs. Alice Daye; two children, Margaret and Robert, and the parents, -Mr. and Mrs. Robert B. Daye of Corry. Mr. Daye was a member of the Tabernacle Presbyterian Church, Shrine Lodge, Rotary Club, Indianapolis Athletic Club. Indianapolis Credit Men's Association and Chamber of Commerce. TWO MEN SENTENCED Reformatory Terms Given by Collins on Theft Charges. On his plea of guilty to petit larceny. Robert Noble. 30. colored, jail, was sentenced to one to eight years in Indiana State Prison and fined $1 and costs by Judge James A. Collins in Criminal Court today. Noble admitted taking three pairs of shoes April 10, 1924 from the store of David Lichtenberg, 1720 Roosevelt Bldg. John Heughley, 23, colored, jail, also was sentenced to one to eight years in Indiana State Reformatory by Judge Collins, on* filea of guilty to stealing four auto tires from the Frank Lobrai Company, 1201 N. Shook. 78. who died on Wednesday at th* home of her daughter, Mrs. Zora B. Davis. 963 W. Thirty-Sixth St . were held at 2:30 p. m. today, with Dr. F. L. Ho vis, St. Paul M. E. Church, officiating. Burial was at Crown Hill. Mrs Shook was a descendant of James W. Sulgrove. an early settler here, who had the first harness aril saddlery shop at 20-22 W. Washington St. She was a member of St. Paul M. E. Church. Surviving: Two daughters. Mrs. Zora B. Davis and Mrs. Maude F. Thaether - two sons, Claude O. and Ira B. Shook: a brother. William L. Martin, all of Indianapolis.
