MARBLE CHAMPION DEFEATS SCHOOL TRAFFICOFFICER Sectional Tourney Thursday on Playgrounds at School No. 32. James Campton, 12, of 2419 Massachusetts Ave., displaying a good brand of marble shooting, in the tournament Tuesday for students at School No. 33 and Technical High School, won the sectional tourney and will play In the Mg Indianapolis Times city contest. The final games, in which Campton, Kenneth Ferguson. 12. of 1122 Sterling St., and Clifford Class, 12, of 1126 Newman St., played, were a close race between Class and Campton. Ferguson was eliminated when he was plunked out by Class In the first of the finals, and Campton in the second. No. 32 Thursday Class, runner-up, is a school traffic officer at No. 33. Today the finals at No. 51, which were interrupted Monday by rain, were to be played. Those who were to play today were William Tinder, 2*54 X. Dearborn St; Johnny O'Keefe, 2350 N. Dearborn St., and Austin, Eytchison, 2519 N. Olney St. Thursday's game will be at school No. 32. Illinois and Twenty-First Sts Students entered from this school and No. 11, Capitol Ave. and Thirteenth St., will play. No. 11 is the school that produced last year’s city champ.
