May, j 46, head of the Midwest Engine Corporation, were set for 2 p. m. today at the home, 3424 Central Ave. ; Burial will be in Covington, Ky., Saturday. Mr* May died at the Methodist Hospital Thursday. He had wide railroad engineering experience and *had worked from an apprentice shop man up to general manager of the Monon and C., I. & W. roads. He had been head of the Midwest corporation for the past year.
