CM FEDERATION TO TAKE STAND ON FARE TONIGHT Club to Report Views —Election of Officers Also on Program, Representatives will report stands of their individual civic clubs on petition of the Indian&polic Street Rill way Company for increased rates, at a meeting of the Indianapolis Federation of Community Civic Clubs tonight at the Chamber of Commerce. Edward O. Snethen, president, said action of the Federation will be governed by reports of the majority of clubs. Clujjs opposing increase: Enterprise Civic League. McClainsville Improvement Association, Mars Hill-Lafayette Heights Civic Association and the East Thirtieth Street Community Center. Clubs favoring a 7-cent fare with no transfer charge and seventeen tickets for sl, with the understanding that the increased revenue would be used to extend lines and Improve service: Southeastern Civic Improvement Club, Brightwood Civic League. College Avenue Cnic Association, and Thirteenth "Ward Civic League. Federation officers will bo elected. Harry M. Boggs, auditor for the public service commission, has completed audit of the books of the street railway company and is preparing a report. KeaJing in Cleveland Joseph B.
