Kitchens Attractive Mr. Yoke, appreciating the value of a roomy kitchen, caused this department of each of the houses to be built In a style different from many modern dwellings. There Is plenty of room and in each there is a one-piece sink and a built-in cabinet. The walls in all the four houses have been done in a washable wall covering. Each of the four lots on which these houses are built Is forty feet wide. In depth the lots vary from 160 feet to 220 feet, due to the curving of South Dr. at this point. Mr. Yoke has priced the homes within the reach of the family of moderate means, and they can be purchased—one of the homes was sold by Mr. Yoke almost as soon as they were ready for showing and three only remain to be sold —on a plan of easy monthly payments. BUILDING INCREASES Contracts for February Show Decided Gain Over .January. February building contracts in Indiana amounted to 10,010.800 according to the F. W. Dodge corporation. This was an in reose of 94 per cent ever January and 05 per cent over February. 1923. The combined total for the first two months of ihls year $15,165,000, shows nn increase of 44 per cent over the corresponding period of I last year.
