COMPENSATION LAW SAID INADEQUATE McCulloch Confers With Linton Democrats. By Timet Special LINTON. Ind.. March 21. Dr. C&rleston B. McCulloch of Indianapolis, candidate for the Democratic nomination for Governor, conferred •with Democrats here today. He stressed his contention that the compensation law does not give sufficient money to injured persons and urged everything possible be done to increase the amounts. He pointed out assessed valuation of farm land in many parts of the State was greatly in excess of the present market value and said tax reduction could be helped by obtaining fair and reasonable assessments.
