WEATHER SENDING CLOSED CAR SALE - UP AT AUTO SHOW Buying Public Attending Exhibition With Check „ Books in Hand. Kven snow fails to keep the crowds from flocking to the Indianapolis Auto Show which is attaeting thousands daily in the Manufacturers’ building at the fairgrounds. Balmy spring breezes, cold drizzling rains and snow have united this week to prove to the auto fan the advantage of a car in all kinds of weather. The closed car which proved so popular in winter, but uncomfortable in summer has evolved into a popular car for all season. Drop windows, front md iPtr. and on the sides have aided in the conversion. It has been no easy matter to explain the features of the various types of cars, bat the demonstration usually wound un with a sale or good prospect. The buying public is attending the show carrying its check books. Kvery exhibitor has one or more cars tagged “sold.’’ Over 15,000 paid admissions were received Thursday.
