‘CRITICISMS POLITICAL' Friends of Jackson Allege Fesler’s Remarks' Uncalled For. Criticisms of Secretary of State Ed Jackson and Attorney General U. S. Lesh by Leo K. Fesler for the alleged failure of the State securities commission to act in the National Mortgage and Discount Company case, today were branded “political” by friends of Jackson. Fesler is treasurer of the State Shank-for-Governor Club, it is pointed out. Jackson gave out a statement: “I have never seen reports of the securities department which Fesler has requested to see.
