Making president of the park corporation, and John L. Elliott, city engineer. S2O BILL ‘GAME’ WORKS Man Purchases thicken Feed and , Escapes With Money. The S2O bill game worked again. A man bought some chicken feed from Miss Mary Carr, at the Bash feed store, 141 N. Delaware St., giv ing her a S2O bill and receiving the change. He then discovered he had a $lO bill and presented it "to avoid breaking the twenty,” receiving back the S2O.
