FOUR CHARGED WITH TIRE THEFT Police Looking for Three Other Men, Five stolen tires were recovered, three colored men are still at large and four are under arrest following investigation of a theft at the Indianapolis Tire Service, 626 N. Meridian St., by Sergeant Dean and Motorpohcemfer, Mangus and Reinking, early today.
