AUTO DRIVER IS RELEASED Manslaughter Charge Against Plainfield Man Dropped. Following an Investigation into an accident resulting in the death of Mrs. Catherine Dengler, 75, of 111 N. Traub St , on Nov. 22, Otis Kirley, Plainfield, Ind., was released today from manslaughter charges upon recommendation of Coroner Paul F. Robinson. Mrs. Dengler was injured by a < ar driven by Kirley while she was crossing a street.
