By Times Special GARY, IncL, Nov. 16.—A parade from Gary to Michigan City, In which several thousand good road enthusiasts and motorists were expected to take part, was to mark the opening of the Dunes highway today. The parade is to start here at noon. State highway officials, city and county executives will take part. More than 100 members of the Illinois Good Roads Association are expected.
