COCO PLUMBING IS BASIC NEED Proper Installation Portends Satisfactory Service. There is no single feature included as a part of the modern home that does more to promote eomfftrt and convenience than the plumbing. It. is the plumbing that makes possible the luxury of a bath room, the sinks in the kitchen and the laundry equipment in the basement. The installation of plumbing has been so well worked out that one seldom hears of trouble and this great house feature has come to be taken as a matter of course. The Capital Plumbing Company, Thirty-B’ourth and Capitol Ave. makes a speciality the very best possible service in connection with the plumbing. “A job of plumbing should be Installed only after the plan of the house has been carefully studied," said Mr. J. B. Gardner, manager and the pipes should be carefully fitted with the right kind of connections. "This company handles a number of hot water heaters of,the automatic type. These range in type and size so that no matter how small or how large the house this company can put in a heater that will effectively do the work at a minimum initial cost as well as at the lowest upkeep cost. Engineers are sent out on request and these men gladly make estimates.’ "The beauty of a bathroom may be dependent upon its fixtures and equipment, hut the service is absolutely dependent upon the Installation.

The living room, which extends across the entire front of the house, has a very Interesting fireplace of cherry red brick.
