Oct. 19.—William Brantlinger, 26, died late Thursday of blood poisoning which resulted from Injuries he suffered Monday when his left leg was shattered by the accidental discharge of a shotgun in the hands of Robert Crouse. CIVIC EXPERT WANTED Steps for appointment of a budget and civic affairs expert to cooperate, as a representative of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, with city and county officials in public problems were being considered today by the Chamber board of directors. An Investigation of the city budget was made by a sub-committee of the Chamber of Commerce, of which John F. White was chairman, before It was decided to add a specialist to the Chamber’s staff. The new official will be selected and at his post by Dec. 1, Felix M. McWhlrter, the Chamber president, said.
