f CRAY CREDITORS READYTOACCEPT Committee Agrees Consent Is v Needed for Sale, With only slight changes in Governor McCray’s plans for placing the management of his affairs in the hands of his creditors, the temporary creditors’ committee was ready to recommend acceptance of the offer The recommendations were to be made by the committee at a second creditors’ meeting at the Severin. One of the important modifications in the original plan was the establishment of a uniform rate of interest of 6 per cent, which was believed to be the fairest way of handling loans during the trust period. The committee, after lengthy consideration. discarded the suggestion that the land could be sold without consent of the Governor. It was said that the value of the land might increase and that the suggested amendment might result in premature sale. The committee has prepared a lengthy report which was to be presented today. Police Give SlO4 to Fund Donations amounting to SlO4 have been turned in by members of the police department to date. The campaign will close Saturday.
