CITY GOLF LINKS LAUDED Evanston Park Expert Says City Leads in Development Indianapolis leads the country in development of municipal golf courses, R. G. Douglas, representing the park department of Evanston, 111., declared, after an Inspection of local parks ■with R. Walter Jarvis, superintendent of parks and recreation. Douglas complimented local officials for the cleanliness of the parks and tor tne connecting boulevard links. Walter Camp recently said Chicago and Indianapolis had developed the municipal golf course idea better than any other cities. Douglas said he believed Indianapolis led when size of cities was taken into consideration. Civic Clubs to Meet The Federation of Community Civic Clubs will meet at 7 p. m.
