CHICAGO TRAFFIC LAW VIOLATORS ARE JAILED Two Deaths Bring Auto Life Toll to 399 for 123. By United Press CHICAGO, Aug. 7.—-Five men were sentenced to jail and one held for the grand jury on a charge of manslaughter in an effort to reduce traffic casualties today.. ABE MARTIN IS JAILED Held After Admitting Manufacture of Illicit Whiskey By Times Special COLUMBUS, Ind., Aug. 7.—Abe Martin, 70, of Brown County is in the county jail here.
