Last month’s figures included: $5,476,200, or 26 per cent, for public works and utilities; $2,929,600, or 22 per cent, for residences; $2,616,000, or 19 per cent, for industrial buildings, and $1,916,900, or 14 per cent, for business buildings. During the first five months of this year, construction in 'lndiana has amounted to $48,863,100./The increase over the corresponding period of 1922 is 5 per cent.
