PUSHERS IN NEED ' OF GOOD PITMEN Entries for Big Race. Close Saturday, No more aplicants for military passes, press badges or box seats for the fifth annual pushmobile contest, June 16, on Linwood Avenue, need apply, as the quota has been practically filled. Two or three good pitmen, however, may possibly get on, if they will apply at the course any day about 4 p. m. Applicants should be about 14 years old. Preparations for a record-breaking attendance are virtually completed. Entries will close Saturday, but qualification runs can be made any day between 8 and 6 p. m. through June 13. Promoter William A. Jacoby, 336 Linwood Ave., announces that the only flag that will fly over the course is Old Glory. One of the battle flags of the 6th Marines, with whom Jacoby went through Chateau Thierry and Belleau Woods in France, is flying over the finish line.
