ELGIN MOTORS TO , MOVE PLANT HERE $400,000 Factory Will Start Operation Soon. Indianapolis will have anew automobile Industry. The plant of the Elgin Motors, Inc., will be moved here from Argo. 111., Immediately and production will begin In September, according to Joseph H. McDuffey, president. The factory will be located in the old Federal Motor Works, a subsidiary of the Willys-Overland Company, 323 W. Fifteenth St., which the new company purchased. The new corporation was formed by stockholders of the old Elgin company. which has been in receivership for some time. McDuffee formerly was assistant general manager of the Cole Motor,
