Police said Johnson is deaf. Man Accused by Woman Robert Scott, 26, of 509 S. Harding St., was under arrest today on charge of assault and battery. Mrs. Anna Fehlinger, 509 S. Harding St., called tile police Wednesday night and told them Scott knocked her down and kicked her. Mrs. Felilinger said the trouble was over a woman employed by Mrs. Fehlinger. She said that when she called the woman, Scott attempted to hold her and then struck Mrs. Fehlinger.
