PATROL RIDES ARE PROMISED CITIZENS Captain GJenn Will Enforce New Traffic Code, Thirty-one persons who failed to appear In city court Thursday or the week before to answer charges of violating minor traffic rules will be arrested tonight, taken to police headquarters In the patrol wagon and slated under SSO bonds, Capt. Michael Glenn of the traffic department announced today. Such stringent methods have not been In practice for several months. Captain Glenn said people had been given time enough to become accustomed to new traffic ordinances which went Into effect May 5.
