GARY DEFENDANTS .CONTINUE APPEALS Bonds Filed by 21 Given Light Sentences, Practically alt defendants in the Gary liquor conspiracy cases had filed appeals in Federal Court today. Twen-ty-one minor defendants, whose sentences ranged from thiitv days to four months in jail, filed appeal bonds Thursday. Roswell O. Johnson, mayor of Gary, and other Gary and Lake County ofttclais, with the exception of William ML Dunn, former judge of the Gary city court, filed bonds Saturday, Immediately after sentence was passed by Judge Ferdinand A. Geiger. Dunn said he would not appeal. The twenty-one who filed appeal bonds Thursday were George Muoovich, Irving Francis. Lewis L. Cahn, Pauline Schultz. Dan Delich, Marie Deleuere. Robert J.
