Fifty-four Indianapolis students taking courses in commerce and finance at Indiana University will assist in arrangements for dedicatory exercises April 25 and 26 in connection with the opening of Indiana University’s new $250,000 Commerce Hall. Among those who have accepted invitations to be present for the dedicatory exercises are Gov. Warren T. McCray; Theodore H. Price, editor of "Commerce and Finance," #Cew York; Prof. Jeremiah W. Jenks of New York University; Elwood Haynes, and J. E. Frederick, president of the State Chamber of Commerce, Kokomo; Bishop F. D. Leete of the Methodist Episcopal Church, Lucius B. Swift, J. W. Fesler and Rev. Allan B. Philputt, Indianapolis; Charles M. Niezer, and B. F. Geyer, Ft. V/ay.io; Arthur W. Brady, president of the Union Traction Company of Indiana, Anderson; C. D. Billings, president of the Indiana Bankers’ Association, Seymour: •R. Duncan, Evansville; Charles gustus Lippincott, South Bend; George A. Ball, Muncie and L. D. H. Weld, manager of the commercial research department. Swift & Cos., Chicago. The program opens on the evening of April 25 and will be continued in morning .afternoon and evening sessions the following day. More than 400 commerce and precommerce students at the State University are assisting Dean W. A. liawles in plans for entertaining visitors and carrying out the program.
