Brain oosters How the Hieroglyphics Were Written
This is the last of six brain boosters written by Harry Kahne. Yesterday, in presenting the sentence to be decoded, lie dropped a large ldnt as to the answer. Did you get it? tJjlxA Wx&jJcL h-(CJOViuiiu) ty, .you to Ailb [axMhuJi <tov*n.) * ( J>Cl£&0O&ul& ) By HARRY KAHNE ii P|AH IS should help you to help | yourself." That was the sentence In yesterday’s exercise. And if you decoded it, you have gone a long ways to help yourself, no matter what you do in life. As the drawing above shows, first I wrote: "This should he—" correctly. I wrote: “ —lp you to help” upside down, and "yourself' backwards. There is no definite order to the letters, so go along and strike out all the letters, excepting those in the last word, and then by holding up the paper to the light you will find the word “yourself shining through!
