dldates under thirty years of age for a three-year enrollment. The "flying cops" will be instructed this summer at Ft. Hamilton by commissioned officers of the United States Naval Reserve. Here the young men will be taught the first principles of flying. The second year will consist of forty-five days’ intensive training at a land station of the naval air force. The third year training will be the same number of days spent at sea on a “mother" ship for airplanes. After completing the course the graduates will be commissioned as ensigns.
