DR. BULGiN MAKES PLEA FOR RIGHT 10 OF PRAYERS Evangelist Says Communion With God Reveals True Life of Man, By THE VISITOR Learn how to pray right was the plea of Evangelist E. J. Bulgin at the tiadle Tabernacle Thursday night. “It means a whole lot to pray right,’’ he said. “Let me hear a man pray arid I can tell you what kind r>f the life he is leading. “God doesn’t require you to put up a finely worded grammatical prayer, but he wants ybu to put a cry in your prayer. A sinner can pray for only cue thing, and that is to be forgiven of sin. If you want God to hear you, get right with God. Help sinners to wire up to Heaven,” the evangelist pleaded before the largest audience of the week. “When you fail to be a soul saving Christian you cease to be a Chrlsi in.” he declared. “We need today iOi a revival for sinners. They have i ~thing to revive but sin. A revival something you already have. A te\ival is for church members. When church is saved sinners are saved. “Prayer is not made to change God. much of our prayer that is not answered is not prayer. Faith cannot he unanswered. We need the church of God brought back to the fundamentals of God. “I am not asking you If you go to prayer meeting to keep your minister from getting angry at you. I ask you, do you ivve to pray? If you don't there is a screw loose and you had better tighten it up. Be right and you can pray right. “Prayer is not intended to change the deity. It breaks the alabaster box <>f your stubborn will and lets the gas out so that Jesus can get in. When a tree can live without leaves and a man can live without breathing, then a Christian can live without prayer," Dr. Bulgin said.

Bulgin Bolts By E. J. BULGIN Evangelist at Cadle Tabernacle Two of the most worthless things on God’s footstool are a corpse and a ghost. * * * When you show me a church member who doesn’t pray and who doesn't love to pray, then you show me a corpse. ♦ * * When you get morally fit to pray, you get morally fit to receive. * * * Don't be a cranktified Christian, but be a sanctified Christian. • • • God pity a man who doesn’t love flowers, music and babies. • * * Get right and you can pray right.
The evangelist will preach tonight at the Cadle Tabernacle on “Immortality." There will be no services Saturday. hut there will be a Sunday afternoon and evening service. In delivering the prayer Thursday night. Dr. E. A. Robertson of the East Park M.E. Church prayed: “Forbid that we think we can be saved merely by education, culture, money or power. If there was ever a time that men of finance need God, it is today.”

Young Bulgin was accidentally shot while hunting in Washington. The evangelist then called Mrs. Loretta Cadle. the aged mother of E. Howard Cadle, the builder of the tabernacle, to the pulpit.
