DR. E.J. BULGIN REVIVAL CAMPAIGN 10 OPEN SUNDAY Arrangements Completed for Services at Cadle Tabernacle, Dr. E. J. Bulgin, evangelist, of Portland, Ore., will arrive in Indianapolis Saturday afternoon to conduct a Community wide campaign, under auspices of the Cadle Tabernacle Evangelistic Association. Intensive preparations including' training of personal workers, special practice of the Gypsy Smith choir, organization of shop meeting specialistes have been made for several weeks. Fraternal, industrial and educational programs, together with a constructive plan for publicity have been completed. Dr. Bulgin will be met by a large delegation and a reception is to be tendered him. Letters soliciting cooperation and support of the local pastors have been mailed to all Protestant ministers. The first service will be conducted Sunday at 2:30 p. m. Services will also be held at 7:30. Dr. Bulgin will rear before special groups in adon to preaching each evening at the Tabernacle. Hearings Postponed Again Hearings before park commissioners were postponed again late Thursday because of the illness of Fred Cline and absence of Mrs. Sarah Shank who is at Hot Springs, Ark., with the mayor.
