Edward IV. Little, Charles LaSalle and O. N. Shirley were named to urge a grand jury investigation. Bitter criticism of the action of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce in the recent school board investigation and report was expressed in another resolution adopted by the club Monday evening. The chamber was- attacked for placing upon its education committee as chairman, Phillip Zoercher, member of the State tax board. The resolution questioned good faith of the chamber in the entire school board affair. The civic organization declared that the action was “an insult to the intelligence.”
