PEARLS MISSING AFTER TRACTION HITS STREET CAR Woman Suffers From Shock —Two Autos Damaged in Collision. Police today were searching for a etrand of pearls lost by Mrs. F. L. KlrckhofT, 1530 S. State Ave., when a traction freight car crashed into a Minnesota street car at Shelby and Prospect Sts. Thursday night. The street car, inbound on Shelby St., crossed in front of the freight car. The street car was knocked from the tracks and across the street, striking an automobile owned by Hugh Annis, 530 E. Twenty-Fifth St. The wheels of the automboile. parked near the curb, were torn off and it was badly damaged. A sedan belonging to Edward M. Ryan, 1056'.i Virginia Ave., also was damaged. Eighteen fars were rung up in the street car. Mrs. \V. E. Forrister, a passenger, suffered from severe nervous shock. She was taken home by fc t husband. Patrolman Joe Connors was on the car. The X. A: C. traction, with two trailers loaded with stock, was in charge of Lawrence Dunn of Morristown, Ind., motorman. Russell Nelson of Kushville, Ind., was conductor and Kennth Ro.ier, Kushville, was a member of the crew. The street car was in charge of John V.
