HUSBAND RETURNS ,TC FIND SPOUSE IDTOANOTHER Mrs, Rebecca Stone-Eie-West Charged With Having More Than Share, When Arthur E. Ele returnee! recently after two years in Minnesota and found his wife married to Floyd West, 22S W. Ray St., without having ■ endured the rigors of a divorce he called In the law, according to Mrs. Homer West, mother of husband No. 2. Hence Mrs. Rebecca M. West, also known as Mrs. Mabel V. R. Ele and Miss Rebecca Stone, is in jail today awaiting arraignment in Criminal Court on grand jury charges of bigamy. She married Ele in T 919 and West in December. 1922, officers said Both io.-rises were obtained in Marion County. . "Rebecca told my son she had obtained a divorce, only the time limit set by the judge was not quite up ” said Mrs. West. “She had filed a divorce suit, which was to have been tried last Feb. 5, but withdrew It.
