—Opening Saturday — Department of Army and Navy Surplus Stock At the foot of the stairs, just inside, to the left of the Washington Street Entrance, anew department will be officially opened tomorrow morning at 8:30 o’clock. The merchandise to be offered in this department will be United States government merchandise, so stamped, or made up from government materials. Everything is brand new and perfect no salvaged, no reclaimed or reissued merchandise, with exception of one or two items, which are plainly marked as to their quality. All of this merchandise, with the exceptions mentioned, is just as it was returned from the possession of the government in bales, boxes, etc. War surplus goods have never before been offered to the public of Indianapolis, with such convenience and service. Ayres service—Charges, C. 0. D., layaway and delivery privileges will be given with this merchandise.
