G. T. DAVIS HEADS LOCAL DISABLED SOLDIERS’ POST Veterans Promise to Boast State Bonus. _ George T. Davis, today was com■nander of the Indianapolis post of the Disabled Soldiers League following his election at 16 E. Michigan St., last night. Other officers elected were: Stephen L. Burch, vice commander; Victor Ratcliff, adjutant; Charles A. York, treasurer, and Felix Swan, sergeant-at-arms. A resolution was passed In which the post offered assistance to the Veterans of Foreign WarsMn their efforts to pass a State bonus bill. NEW GARAGE STARTED Construction of a reinforced concrete parking garage has been begun In the rear of the Meridian Building, 216 N. Meridian St. Approximately $50,000 will be expended on It by \V. H.
