FORMER MINE BOSS ASKS INJUNCTION AGAINST UNION Suit For $15,000 Damages As Kesult of Francisco Kiot. Injunction and $15,000 damages are asked by John W. Smith of West Frankfort, 111., in a suit on file in Federai Court today against locai union No. 1095, United Mine Workers of America, and thirty-six residents of Francisco, Gibson County, Imi. The suit was thè outgrowth of mob action at Francisco June 10, 1921, when several employes of thè Ayrshire Distriet Collieries Company were ordered to leave Francisco. The complaint States Smith was employed as mine boss at thè mines it a salary of 5225 a month when thè trouble occurred.
