Smith of West Frankfort, 111., in a suit on file in Federai Court today against locai union No. 1095, United Mine Workers of America, and thirty-six residents of Francisco, Gibson County, Imi. The suit was thè outgrowth of mob action at Francisco June 10, 1921, when several employes of thè Ayrshire Distriet Collieries Company were ordered to leave Francisco.
