The Governor made a special trip East to talk to thè former Hoosiers and to attend a conferenee of Governors to be held in Washington. The Governor reviewed thè State’s history, its participation in wars, and summarized thè civic and governmental achievements of thè commonwealth.

Exiled Y. M. C. A. WORK SHOWS - PROGRESS DURING YEAR State Organizations Wlll Meei Here Jan. 26-28. Satisfaction with thè work of thè Y. M. C. A. in Indiana during thè past year was expressed at a meeting of thè officers and thè executive committee here. It was reported thè operatine expenses had decreased $400,000, while thè membership had decreased oniy from 29,911 to 29,714. Membership in Y. M. C. A. clasßes, it was reported, showed increases of from 25 to 200 per cent. The convention of thè State organization will be held Jan. 26-28 in Indianapolis. J. W. Esterllne of Indianapolis was made chairman of thè con vention commi tee.
