According to reports received by thè public Service commission, railroads passing through Indiana have placed large orders for all types of cars with thè various car foundries. It is understood that thè two American car shops, located at Jeffersonville and Terre Haute, are working at full capacity turning out caxs in top-speed time. During thè past two weeks an lmprovement has been notlced in thè movement of coal. Formerly from 100 to 150 mlnes were forced to be idle daily because of a car snortage.
