By United News ROME, Xov. 2. —Italy’s new Fascist premier, Benito Mussolini —thè Lioyd George of Italy—may make his first bow on thè international stage at thè forthcoming Near East peace conference at Lausanne. Displaying many of thè characteristies of England’s recent premier. Embargo Asked on Canadian Wheat Shipments By United N'cws CHICAGO, Xov. 2—A demand for an immediate embargo on Canadian wheat vhich is spreading rapidly among American graln lnterests in thè Middle and Xorthwest vas revealed here Tuesday when thè Americen Farm Bureau Federation was asked to joln other Middle Western interests in requesting thè Interstate Commerce Commlssion to place an embargo on all Canadian wheat shipinents through this country at once. Farm Bureau officials are investigating thè alleged strangllng of American grain movements by Canadian shipments carried over American linee to eastern seaboard points for export and are expected to decide within thè next two days whether to push thè request for an emburgo. By Uniteti Press MUSKEGOX, Mich., Xov. 2.—Raymond Eugene Wilson of Grand Rapida today confessed that he kidnaped and attacked Rosalie Shanty, 12-year-old girl, and attacked her aster carrying her more than 100 miles from home, according to police. Police continued to grill Wilson as Rosalie fought for her lise in a little fami house near Dublin. “I drank some moonshine whisky,” Wilson is alleged to have said. “I thought of Rosalie who I met last summer.
