Maprale,” there was thè suggestion of a tear bere and there, but thè boys soon had them keeping tinte with their feet by playing a fast snappy tune. Ben Meroff hadn’t fntended to dance, but he was so enthused by thè , dear old ladies that he offered his famous ice skating dance, and he will never be forgotten for doing it. The stoutest lady present declared she would give her lmpression of thè dance aster he had gone. The drurnmer also caught thè spirtt and sang pome southern sor.gs. His song about Honolulu was what interested Mrs. Kerr, for she had been to Honolulu many times.
