JUSTICE Fight Approved tty United News KANSAS CITY, Mo., Oct. 5. —If a fighting word has been hurled it you, go ahead and fight! A man has the right to fight in such a case, Federal Judge A trim Van Valkenburgh ruled Wednesday. The case was that of Sid Williams,

a striking shopman of the Frisco Railroad, who was accused of assaulting Fate George, Frisco employe. George admitted cursing Williams ‘when Williams told him he should not take the place of striking employes. "There is no use for the case to proceed,” the judge said. "It has been established the defendant was called a name which would justify his fighting, regardless of the point at issue.” ,He dismissed the jury and threw out the case. •
