By United Preas CHICAGO, Sept, 15. —The "help Wanted'' signs came down on a score of railroad shops here today as hundreds of shopmen returned to .virk. At the same time union headquarters announced that at least ten additional roads were seeking agreements identical with the ‘‘Baltimore compromise,” which sent shopmen back to work on more than sixty jimroads.
