JUDGE PUDGES APARTMENT HOUSE Other Important Realty Deals Announced Include Washington Street Property. Char.se of ownership n several important pieces of real estate have been announced. Louis B. Ewbank, judge of the Supreme Court of the State of Indiana, purchased an apartment house from Mike Arnold for 524,000. The apartment Is on the south side of Fall Creek between Meridian, and Illinois Sts. Frank E. Kotteman, president of the Kotteman Furniture Company, purchased for $50,000 a building on the north side of 'Washington St., between New Jersey and East Sts., from Frank B. Ross. Wilhelm Aldas bought the property west of Kotteman’s for $20.000 from Charles A. Fryer and Arthur A. FEW DOG LICENSES Controller Hogue Thinks Many Citizens “Get By” Without Paying. “Either the sausage factories are working overtime or hundreds of citizens are just getting by without paying taxes on their dogs,” City Controller Joseph L.
